- 350 grams roasted red peppers
- 100 grams raw cashews
- 1 Tbsp red miso*
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar**
- Add all ingredients to blender
- Eat on all the things***
* Miso should be pretty easy to find. Check the Asian food section. Check the “vegan” section. If you can’t find it, use soy sauce instead.
** Use the unfiltered stuff if you can find it. Both the miso and the vinegar will have live cultures in it, that will continue to enhance the flavor of the finished dressing as it sits.
*** Salads. Burritos. Pita bread. Cornbread. Prolly even iced cream.
